Privacy Policy

In short: your photos are processed in your browser and never uploaded to us. We don't use ads, trackers, or analytics cookies, and we don't sell data. If you turn on the optional AI writer, what you send goes to Google. If you buy a plan, Lemon Squeezy handles payment details.

1. Who is responsible

ListSheen is operated by Deepesh Giri, an individual residing in the Cayman Islands, who is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: deepeshgiri245@gmail.com.

2. Photos and product details

Photos: background removal and image editing run on your device, in your browser. Your photos are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.
Product details you type (name, material, color and so on) stay in your browser to generate text, unless you use the optional AI writer below.

3. Optional AI writer (Google Gemini)

If you choose to use the AI writer, the product details you entered and, if you leave "Let the AI see the product photo" on, a small copy of your product image are sent to Google's Gemini API to write your listing. If you paste your own API key, the request goes directly from your browser to Google and the key is stored only in your browser. If we later offer a hosted AI writer, requests will pass through our server on Cloudflare on their way to Google; we will not keep them except for short-lived technical logs.

Important: on Google's free tier, Google may use the content you send, and the responses, to improve its products, and human reviewers may read it. Do not put personal or confidential information in product details or photos you send to the AI writer. Google's handling is covered by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

4. Data stored in your browser

We use your browser's local storage, not tracking cookies, to remember: how many free exports you have used this month, and your AI writer settings (including any API key you paste). You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data. We cannot read it.

5. Purchases

Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing address, payment details and tax information to process your purchase and is responsible for that data under its privacy policy. We receive order details such as your name, email, country, plan, amounts and subscription status, but never your full card number. We use these to provide your plan, give support, handle refunds, and keep records required by tax law.

6. When you contact us or join the waitlist

If you email us, including to join the waitlist, we keep your email address and message to reply and, for the waitlist, to tell you when paid plans launch. You can ask to be removed at any time.

7. Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request times to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

8. How we use data, and our legal bases

To provide the service and your paid plan (performing our contract with you).
To answer messages and run the waitlist (your request or consent).
To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
To prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

9. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run ListSheen: Lemon Squeezy (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (only if you use the AI writer), and our email provider (Google Gmail) for messages. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

10. How long we keep data

Order and billing records: as long as tax law requires (typically up to 7 years). Emails and waitlist entries: until you ask us to delete them or the waitlist ends. We keep nothing about your photos because we never receive them.

11. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. We rely on providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards.

12. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing deepeshgiri245@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. We aim to follow the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act (2021 Revision), and to honour similar rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and California privacy law where they apply. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in the Cayman Islands, that is the Office of the Ombudsman.

13. Children

ListSheen is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

14. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will give notice in the app or by email.
