Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ListSheen ("ListSheen", "we", "us") is operated by Deepesh Giri, an individual residing in the Cayman Islands. Contact: deepeshgiri245@gmail.com.

2. The service

ListSheen is a web app that removes the background from a product photo, places the product on a clean backdrop, exports images in common marketplace sizes, and drafts listing text (titles, descriptions, tags) from details you enter. Background removal and image processing run in your web browser. ListSheen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Google or any marketplace.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a paid plan. If you use ListSheen for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos and text you put into ListSheen and to the images and text it produces for you.
• You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive or store your photos (see the Privacy Policy for the optional AI writer, which does send content to Google).

5. AI-generated text and images

Drafted text and edited images can contain mistakes. Check every listing before you publish it. You are responsible for making sure your listings are accurate, truthful, and follow each marketplace's rules and the law, including image requirements, product claims and intellectual-property rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ListSheen to:

• create listings for counterfeit, illegal, or marketplace-prohibited items, or listings that mislead buyers about what they are getting;
• write, buy, or post fake reviews or testimonials, about ListSheen or anything else;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have rights to;
• overload, attack, or interfere with the service, or resell it as your own.

We do not publish fake reviews or invented customer counts about ListSheen, and we will not ask you to.

7. Free plan

The free plan includes a limited number of exports per month (currently 5). The limit is counted in your browser and may change; we will show the current limit in the app.

8. Paid plans, billing and taxes

• Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record (the official reseller). Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, and issues your receipt. Its own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. Taxes, if any, are added at checkout based on your location.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

9. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the customer portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

10. Refunds

If you are not happy, email deepeshgiri245@gmail.com within 14 days of any charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

11. Third-party services

Some features rely on other companies, such as Lemon Squeezy for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, and, if you choose to use it, Google's Gemini for AI writing. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the service.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep ListSheen available and useful, but it is provided "as is" and may change, have interruptions, or have bugs. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid anything.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using ListSheen at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. If there is a dispute, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing here removes consumer protections you have where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. The "last updated" date shows the current version.
